During the summer I have been working alongside several individual clients on a 1 to 1 basis. Following a number of sessions, my first observation has to be the incredible progress observed. Not only in their skill of using and developing their own mindfulness practice, but also in the effects on their well-being, thoughts, confidence and physical health.
1 to 1 with Adults
Following the 8 week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Mindfulness coaching sessions allow you work more flexibly, exploring mindfulness in a way that suits you, whether you are new to mindfulness or already have an established practice and, whatever you’re working with: stress, depression, anxiety or deepening mindfulness practice with an experienced teacher.
There’s time to reflect on the challenges you face in your life and explore how mindfulness can help you respond more helpfully and cope better.
The 8 session 1 to 1 course provides;
- Developing awareness about yourself to better manage: stress/pain/anxiety/depression/fear
- Make better choices and respond rather than react situations or thoughts
- Experience pleasure in the simple things of life
- Increase acceptance and develop more self-compassion
- Assist you in taking better care of yourself
- Increase your ability to relax & slow down
- Cope more effectively with both short and long-term stress
- Face difficulties with greater wisdom

The sessions with Jude have been amazing. I recently retired and have had some health problems which have caused a lack of sleep and anxiety. I now regularly use the recordings and have discovered a new way of thinking and recognising when I need to press the pause button.

I offer a block of eight 1-1 sessions, each being 1 hours in duration (first session 1.5 hours)
Sessions include personal coaching in all core mindfulness techniques, course hand outs and mp3 recordings.
