Early Nurture in Mind Individual Training Days

This is a full day training in my wonderful new Early Years Mindfulness Based Programme, ‘Early Lessons in Life,’ ideal for children aged 2 – 6.

Mindfulness skills are developed through a programme of fun, stimulating activities or games which can be used to teach children the principles of control and emotional resilience.  Mindfulness can be a fun and calming way for children to experience the world around them and process their thoughts and emotions. Plus, mindfulness can increase concentration making it a valuable tool for education purposes. Everyone benefits.

It is never too early to teach children these valuable tools through this practical, accessible and fun programme.

Family Mindfulness Mornings

A morning of learning simple Mindfulness and Meditation techniques to support and develop your everyday practice. Mindfulness can support general well being, help with anxiety and develop our awareness of how we can be happier by experiencing the present moment.

This session is for children and parents/carers to attend together to share and learn some of the techniques in a fun and practical way.

Ideal for children 6 upwards.

Learn how to include simple mindfulness techniques into your daily family life.

Places are limitedMindfulness classes are available to people living in Staffordshire or very nearby.

£15 per child / parent or carer



1:1 Sessions

These 1:1 sessions, which can be held in your own home are ideal for both adults and children. They broadly follow the MBSR programme (see above).

The sessions provide a highly personalised approach to developing the skills and practices of Mindfulness through tailored coaching sessions. 1:1 Mindfulness classes are available to people living in Staffordshire or very nearby. £30 per hour

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR; 8 weeks)

Build core Mindfulness skills and see significant results in just 8 weeks! This programme follows the MBSR group-based programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970s.

Each session will include time to discuss and experience a range of guided Mindfulness practices with the aim of increasing self awareness.The course involves daily home practice and this is supported by weekly handouts and guided meditations.

These Mindfulness classes take place in various locations around Staffordshire. (8 x 2 hr evening sessions.)

Introduction to Mindfulness (3 weeks)

This friendly, informal course covers basic Mindfulness principles and practice. It will introduce you to the potential benefits of practising Mindfulness. You will learn what Mindfulness is and how you can use it formally or informally in your everyday life.

Each workshop will be a combination of theory and practice with support to begin to use Mindfulness and meditation at home or at work.  Mindfulness classes take place in various locations around Staffordshire. £60
