5 mindful breaths on waking

As you wake, become aware of your breath and begin to notice the rise and fall

Think of 3 things you are grateful for

Take 5 minutes to do some simple mindful movements

Avoid looking at your phone straight away!

Take a mindful shower and notice using your senses

Brush your teeth noticing sensations

Put on a favourite song

Eat breakfast mindfully

Make a list of things to do in order of priority

Stand outside, (even if it’s raining!), and take a few deep breaths
