The Magic Bubble supports Element 2 of Early Nurture in Mind and guides the children to imagine a glowing and growing bubble, floating above their body as they lie very still, (so it doesn’t pop!) Feeling warm and safe the bubble is used as a focus point for present moment awareness until it finally floats away, getting smaller and smaller.
